SHIPPING DATA
Shipping to APO/FPO—Please
use one of the US Postal Services. This will save YOU money
(a little more difficult for us but WELL worth it for our
troops). We will make every attempt to get your order to
you as fast as we can, but please recognize that the Postal
Service is not exactly "Speedy Gonzales".
Orders within the Continental
US—(unless shipping to a PO Box) please use one of
UPS' Services. Overseas orders ship UPS only.
Expedited services (i.e. UPS
Next Day Air or Worldwide Express, Second Day Air, 3 Day
Select as well as US Postal Service "Express shipping will
have priority over ground shipments. These "Expedited" services
generally ship the same business day (if order is in by 1
pm US Central time, excluding weekends and holidays).
UPS will ONLY deliver on Saturday
if the package is sent on Friday (next day air/Sat. delivery).
UPS charges $12.50 extra to deliver on Saturday. Otherwise,
UPS does not deliver on Saturday. 90% of the time we are
able to ship ground shipments the same day also.
ONLINE ORDERS
Your online order is secure.
We use the latest online order processing software and
do not sell or solicit your e-mail address. Once your order
is processed, you will receive (via e-mail) an order confirmation.
Once your order is shipped, a notification (UPS only) as
well as a tracking number will be forwarded to your e-mail
address. You may track your UPS package using www.ups.com.
AVS MISMATCH
If you receive an error during
the process withch states AVS Mismatch, the address provided
does not match your Credit Card billing address and must
be corrected or the order will not be processed. This feature
is for your protection.
