Balloon slingshots that should one prove defective by
reason of improper workmanship or materials then for thirty
(30) days from the original date of purchase at retail, warrantor
will repair or replace, any defective part without charge
for the part. Except such replacement, sale or subsequent
use of the SlingKing
products is without warranty of liability. Slingshots
should be inspected before each use for any damage or aging
of rubber components. If this exists, the SlingKing
should not be used. Parental guidance in the purchase of and
use of the SlingKing
